    Looking forward to hearing what others do, because this is definitely an area where we could improve.  Right now our dashboard includes new hire training feedback (90 days in training satisfaction), new hire mentor satisfaction, DiSC breakdown for the company, and YOY training hours by month.  Not currently on our dashboard: I've also started tracking metrics at 90 days onboarding from the leader perspective and have 9 box and performance review ratings.  Long story short, I have a ton of metrics, but am working to figure out how to put them right information out there in a way that helps us identify action areas.

    We continue to evaluate the best L&D metrics and measures to tell a meaningful story of the impact of our work. Traditionally, we have reported on activity measures (# of courses, # of participants, etc.), learner satisfaction scores, exam scores, etc. 

    Do you have an L&D Dashboard that you maintain throughout the year? What information is included? 

    I look forward to hearing how you are showing the value your team to the organization and measures you are holding your own teams accountable for!
