At the happy hour last week I was talking to Elizabeth. She's being tasked with doing HIPPA training over a campfire. That got my brain spinning on a totally random, but not urgent question. What have been your most successful sessions that got the message across, but didn't involve slides.
We did an ice breaker session that was similar to heads up. We had a stack of cards at each table with keywords related to the company - our values, things we do, terms from our creds deck, etc. We went around the circle taking turns holding them to our heads while the rest of the table gave clues.
We had magnets or cups labeled with steps of a process. Individuals had to put the steps of the process in order.
We've done family feud. There are 9 things listed in the process that you need to include when you fill out an IT ticket, what are they?
What are your go to hands on activities?
