Come explore Talent Development excellence with two local award-winning companies, Total Quality Logistics (TQL) and the Western & Southern Financial Group. Lindy Saner from TQL and Heather Swensgaard from W&S join us to discuss what they did to earn recognition from ATD. Key topics for the discussion include:

  • Sharing the problem they needed to solve
  • How they arrived at the solution
