Lindy Saner | Director of Learning and Development | Total Quality Logistics
Lindy Saner is the Director of Learning and Development at Total Quality Logistics, the 2nd largest freight brokerage in the nation. With a Masters in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and a background in Psychology, she has used her passion for motivating learners and developing leaders on a daily basis for the past 15+ years. She guides her team in nurturing and growing one of the most successful logistics sales forces in the industry.
Heather Swensgard | Associate Vice President | Talent Development | Western & Southern Financial Group
Heather Swensgard is associate vice president of Talent Development for Western & Southern Financial Group, a diversified family of financial services companies based in Cincinnati. Western & Southern is a Fortune 500 company, one of the strongest life insurance groups in the world, and one of the top training programs in the world, as ranked by Training Magazine and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
In her position, Swensgard supports the talent development needs of 2,000 home office associates. She facilitates and designs courses in a variety of topic areas that include coaching, leadership and execution. She supports business units through consulting on team development and driving organizational change using tactics that include DiSC, knowledge transfer and the cultivation of power skills.
Swensgard holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in human resources development from Xavier University. She and her husband, Travis, reside in New Richmond with their three children, Abby, Cason and Heath.
