With over two decades of experience leading younger generations in both the nonprofit and workforce development sectors, Katie is known for her high-energy facilitation style and her ability to curate powerful connections—connecting individuals to new ideas, to themselves, and to each other. Currently with the Sinclair Workforce Development program, Katie holds a Women Lead leadership certificate from the University of Dayton Center for Leadership and was a recipient of the Partner of the Year award from the Career Based Intervention program. She is a mom to three Gen Zers, giving her a unique, "front-row seat" perspective on the evolving needs of the modern workforce. |
