JEN KRAMER-WINE | Consultant, THE FAIRVIEW AGENCY What does it mean to lead with authority and still repair relationships when things go wrong? Restorative leadership offers a practical framework for managers and people leaders who want to build cultures of genuine accountability without sacrificing trust or psychological safety. This highly interactive session introduces participants to the core principles of restorative leadership and how they translate into everyday workplace decisions: how you supervise, how you respond to conflict, and how you lead through change. Through reflective inventories, structured peer dialogue, and real-world scenario work, participants examine their own leadership style and leave with concrete strategies they can apply immediately. This session is designed for talent development professionals, people managers, and organizational leaders who want practical tools for building healthier, higher-performing team cultures. Participants will be able to: 1. Identify their dominant leadership style and recognize how it supports or undermines relational trust on their team. 2. Apply at least two restorative supervision strategies to common workplace challenges including performance conversations and team conflict. 3. Distinguish between punitive and restorative responses to organizational conflict and articulate the business case for a restorative approach. 4. Develop a personal action plan for one leadership behavior change they will implement within 30 days. |
