Change is constant. What isn't constant is how well we prepare leaders to actually lead through it. This session takes a learning lens to one of the most universal leadership challenges: navigating change while keeping people engaged, informed, and moving forward. We'll explore what leaders genuinely need to know and be able to do when change hits, and how talent development professionals can design learning that builds those skills before the moment of need.
