Frequently, organizational leaders approach consultants with a concern and a proposed solution.
Given our eagerness to improve the situation, we take their concern and solution at face value. Then we learn that the issues were more complex.
We will discuss a process of listening that helps the client identify the deeper causes of their concerns – resulting in greater success for both the client and the consultant!
