The purpose of the OD SIG is to provide discussion and learning experiences for OD practitioners and change agents who have the passion and perseverance to make organizations better.

Join the next OD SIG as they discuss succession planning. Succession planning is not easy. The process is defined as identifying and developing employees for current and future leadership roles. But there are many moving parts: performance levels, training and development opportunities customized to employees’ needs, shifting competencies needed for leadership roles, and of course, employees themselves, moving in and out of roles in a given company.
