About the Presenter

Amy Ashworth is a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist with AssureCare, a Healthcare company located in Cincinnati. Amy brings a well-rounded background of over 14 years in recruitment, training, and teaching to the role. She feels most engaged when building relationships with others.

Amy became certified to train on the 5 Languages of Appreciation at Work in 2020. Her primary Language is Words of Affirmation. She has two Bachelor’s degrees from Colorado State University, in Business Administration and English Education.

In her spare time Amy hikes, camps, does yoga, and reads.
