The 2019 McKinsey article, “The Essential Components of a Successful L&D Strategy” revealed only 40% of companies say their learning strategy aligned with business goals.
The number one reason for failure is lack of alignment. A possible solution is Impact Mapping. Impact mapping has three components that may be able to help us achieve a better success rate. The components are capabilities, job performance and organizational outcomes.
In our January session we will discuss how we can understand the goals of the stakeholders to make learning more impactful in our organizations.
