Have you ever been tasked with designing, developing, or delivering training on a topic that was a real snoozer? After groaning, how did you attack this opportunity? Were you able to engage the audience and create a learning experience?
Pam Nintrup will be leading our next Dayton area workshop. During this session, she will provide her expertise based on converting four days of Virtual Lecture on AARP tax preparation into fun activity-based training.
You will be engaged in activities and will leave with:
- Insights on how to create engaging learner-centered training
- Ways to transform your existing training classes and materials into effective training that “sticks”
- Resources, tools, and techniques you can easily access and use tomorrow
- An opportunity to “stump the facilitators”
